I had a great stay at Boc Hostels in Palma. The building was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. The showers worked perfectly and the water pressure was great. I really appreciated the extra kitchen on the 4th floor with two refrigerators. The hostel also had a TV in the common room where you could watch YouTube. The location was convenient, especially since I rented an e-bike and got a 20% discount. The hostel also allowed me to leave my luggage at the reception and use the showers after checkout.

the rooms were well-set up and everything was conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. the supermarket across the road was a great convenience and the bus and train station were just 8 minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. the hostel had comfortable mattresses, pillows, and linen, and each bed had its own night light and wall plug. the presence of an elevator was appreciated, as it's not always common in European hostels. the hostel provided door keys that worked every time and also rented locks for the lockers. the bathrooms were clean, and the shower had great water pressure and always had hot water. the cleaning staff was friendly, and the wifi connection was amazing throughout my stay. The hostel staff was very nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.

During my stay over the New Year period, I really liked the fact that each bed had its own light and socket, making it convenient to charge my devices and read in bed. the modern and clean bathrooms were also a plus, with plenty of showers available. the hostel's location in the city was very convenient, being just a 10-minute walk away from a major square, and there was also a supermarket nearby for any supplies I needed.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the rooms and facilities were quite small and cramped, even for a smaller number of people.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central bus station, making it convenient for day trips. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the reception being open 24 hours was a big plus. The hostel had a great atmosphere, with multiple terraces and a beautiful patio to relax in. The kitchen was modern and spacious, although it could use some more utensils. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the entry system with plastic cards was convenient. our experience was fantastic.
The only minor drawbacks were the lack of toiletries provided and the noise at night from people partying in the common spaces. there was some noise from outside if you are a light sleeper.

The hostel is conveniently located just a short walk away from public transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing useful travel tips and information. I also enjoyed the cozy common room, where I could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
The rooms were quite small and the walls were thin, so I could hear noise from other rooms. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was below expectations, and they were also quite tight, making it difficult for multiple people to shower at the same time.
